IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO UREVOLUTION IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
