Final Payment Due Date & Instructions

Final Payment Policy for Your Tour

If you paid a deposit to reserve your spot, the remaining balance for your tour is due by 11:59 PM (Central Time), one calendar month before your tour check-in date.

How to Make Your Final Payment

You can pay your remaining balance through our Tour Management Dashboard.

Important Payment Details

āœ” Late or missed payments: If the remaining balance is not paid by the deadline, your reservation will be canceled, your deposit will not be refunded, and you will not be allowed to join the tour.

āœ” Single payment required: Our system does not support installment or split payments. The remaining balance must be paid in a single transaction.

āœ” No automatic charges: We do not automatically process your final payment. You must log in and make the payment manually.

āœ” Payment reminders: We will send email reminders before your due date to ensure you donā€™t miss your payment.

āœ” No phone payments: We do not accept payments over the phone.
